Stress … psychological tension … fear of failure … unresolved issues and pain are the outcomes of experiences that do not fit with the self. In times like these, the ability to grow and to believe in oneself may be hampered.

When the self has been restored, a changed outlook, personal goals and a new world of opportunities are awaiting every person. Through therapy, blockages can be addressed in a non-judgemental and safe environment. I apply different approaches in order to walk this journey with a person.

Grief Group

A grief work support group is facilitated every 2nd Sunday of the month at Guidance to Grow.  The group will alternate between support for loss of a loved one on the 1 day and specific loss of a child/grandchild or sibling on the alternate Sunday. 

No charge but booking is essential.

Life Coaching

Life coaching is a wonderful opportunity to have a mentor in helping to achieve the goals and aspirations that you always wanted to do.

I care for people and believe that every person has the ability and the power to grow. I walk the road with a person to discover his own strengths through believing in himself. Through the person-centred approach I can assist each client to believe in growth and self-determination.

People want change in their lives but do not always know how to achieve it. Many people feel something is lacking in their lives, I can help a person to change priorities and living a more content life.

Through life coaching, that stepping stone into the new adventure is possible.I will help you to discover what strengths you have, endeavour the changes you want and how to choose a new direction.

A life coach is a guide that will help you to:

  • Prioritise important things in life
  • Planning the change
  • Guide to alternatives and explore the possibilities
  • Set goals
  • Achieve the goals
  • Look back and feel fulfilled with the new self.
